This is the first part of a murder mystery story by Edgar Allan Poe, one of the most famous American writers and poets of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It is surprisingly easy to follow but will have you gripped til the very end!

Grammar Points
*N이/가 아프다
When expressing where you feel the pain, '이/가 아프다' is added to the part of body

*A/V-(으)니까
'-(으)니까' means 'because', 'since' or 'so'

*V-지 마세요
'-지 마세요' is the negative imperative form.
