一天，狼来到一条小河边，
kàn jiàn xiǎo yánɡ zhènɡ zài nàr hē shuǐ。
看见小羊正在那儿喝水。
lánɡ fēi chánɡ xiǎnɡ chī diào xiǎo yánɡ。
狼非常想吃掉小羊。
kě shì tā xiǎnɡ，dānɡ zhe miàn，zǒnɡ děi zhǎo ɡè jiè kǒu cái xínɡ。
可是他想，当着面，总得找个借口才行。
yú shì，lánɡ jiù duì zhe xiǎo yánɡ dà hǎn qǐ lái：
于是，狼就对着小羊大喊起来：
“nǐ zěn me dào zhèr lái hē shuǐ？ 
“你怎么到这儿来喝水？	
bǎ wǒ hē de shuǐ nònɡ zānɡ le，
把我喝的水弄脏了，
hài de wǒ bù nénɡ hē。 
害得我不能喝。
nǐ ān de shén me xīn？”
你安的什么心？”
xiǎo yánɡ dà chī yì jīnɡ，qīnɡ qīnɡ de shuō： 
小羊大吃一惊，轻轻地说：
“qīn ài de lánɡ xiān shenɡ，  
“亲爱的狼先生，
wǒ zěn me huì bǎ nín hē de shuǐ nònɡ zānɡ ne？ 
我怎么会把您喝的水弄脏呢？
nín zhàn zài shànɡ yóu，wǒ zhàn zài xià yóu。 
您站在上游，我站在下游。
shuǐ shì cónɡ nín nàr liú dào wǒ zhèr de， 
水是从您那儿流到我这儿的，
bù shì cónɡ wǒ zhèr liú dào nín nàr de。” 
不是从我这儿流到您那儿的。”
“jiù suàn shì zhè yànɡ bɑ，”lánɡ shuō， 
“就算是这样吧，”狼说，
“nǐ yě shì ɡè huài dōnɡ xī。 
“你也是个坏东西。
tīnɡ shuō nǐ qù nián shuō ɡuò wǒ de huài huà。” 
听说你去年说过我的坏话。”
“ɑ，qīn ài de lánɡ xiān shenɡ， 
“啊，亲爱的狼先生，
nà shì méi yǒu de shì，  
那是没有的事，
qù nián wǒ hái méi chū shēnɡ ne。” 
去年我还没出生呢。”
“bié shuō le！”lánɡ zǒu jìn xiǎo yánɡ，dà shēnɡ jiào dào： 
“别说了！”狼走近小羊，大声叫道：
“nǐ zhè ɡe xiǎo huài dàn! 
“你这个小坏蛋！
shuō wǒ huài huà de bú shì nǐ jiù shì nǐ bà ba， 
说我坏话的不是你，就是你爸爸，
fǎn zhènɡ dōu yí yànɡ。” 
反正都一样。”
yì shuō wán，lánɡ jiù xiànɡ xiǎo yánɡ pū le ɡuò qù。
一说完，狼就向小羊扑了过去。

在中国，有的孩子除了学校的课，还会上一些课外辅导班。例如，钢琴课，美术课，演讲课等等。有的父母也越来越重视孩子的公众表达能力。那么应该如何培养孩子的表达能力呢？我们来听一听著名作家、教育家、演讲家刘墉先生的建议。
小孩很内向，要如何引导他敢于社交跟表达自己的看法？很简单，要从家里开始，所有的教育从家里开始。我的儿子他的普通话说得好的，口才也很不错，参加演讲比赛，总是得奖。你晓得他怎么练出来的吗？他在美国长大，但是他中文很好，是因为我常常训他。训完了我说："儿子，现在该是你的时间了。老爸刚才训了你20分钟，现在你有20分钟可以由你来表达了。"各位，当你训孩子的时候，你有没有给孩子时间让他能够答辩呢？让他答，他知道他要答，他在被训的时候就好好在想他要怎么答，而且这个答是非常好的训练，让他表达。于是，从家里走向外面，他会知道怎么保护自己，怎么说出自己心里的道理。

第一个是如鱼得水。它的意思是：像鱼得到水一样。所以这个成语可以用来形容一个人得到跟自己十分投合的人或对自己很合适的环境。例如，经理最近找到一位新助理，两个人配合得很好，他感觉如鱼得水。也可以说：丰富的教学经验让他在新工作上如鱼得水。
第二个是笨鸟先飞。它的意思是：行动笨拙的鸟要先飞起来。所以这个成语可以用来形容：能力差的人要比别人更努力，才不会落后。例如，我没有别人聪明，所以我要更加努力，笨鸟先飞。
第三个是一石二鸟。它的意思是：一块石头扔出去打中两只鸟。所以这个成语可以用来形容：做一件事情得到两种好处。例如，他做了一笔生意，不但赚了钱，还交了一个朋友，真是一石二鸟。
最后一个是鸟语花香。它的意思是：鸟叫得很好听，花开得很香。所以这个成语可以用来形容美丽的自然风景。例如，春天到了,花园里鸟语花香。
