What Did You Say? Accent Modification Tips From a Speech-Language Pathologist

EL ESCUDO NACIONAL.

Águila real, serpiente, nopal, caracoles, olivo, encino; agua, aire, tierra y fuego, compendian riqueza y fortaleza de una nación

Restablecer el simbolismo del águila real en el escudo de una nación negada y destruida por los españoles, respondió en los albores del siglo XIX a la necesidad imperiosa de los insurgentes de recuperar el cordón umbilical del México independiente con el México prehispánico.

Posada sobre un nopal, el águila sagrada representaba a Huitzilopochtli, dios solar y de la guerra, a quien se identifica con el Sol, al ser el ave que vuela a mayor altura, tal como lo hace el astro, y es la representación misma del dios tutelar de los mexicas.

Huitzilopochtli dio a los antiguos mexicanos las señales del sitio exacto donde habrían de erigir la gran Tenochtitlan.

Y de ese pasaje guardado en la memoria de los tiempos, bajo el reinado del rey tenochca Moctezuma un artista anónimo esculpió el Teocalli de la Guerra Sagrada, donde en una cara aparece el tlatoani (Moctezuma) y el numen Huitzilopochtli flanqueando una imagen solar, y en el anverso un águila parada sobre un nopal surge de Tlaltecuhtli, la Tierra, en medio del lago de Texcoco.

El dominico fray Diego Durán relata en su Historia de las Indias de la Nueva España e islas de la tierra firme que en la imagen del águila dorada puesta de relieve en el Teocalli de la Guerra Sagrada de su pico surge el atlachinolli (agua de fuego) o símbolo de la guerra, que bien puede confundirse con una serpiente.

Ahí se unen los componentes del emblema de Tenochtitlan: el águila, el nopal y la ausencia-presencia del ofidio.

Señala el Códice Durán que el ave aprisiona entre sus garras pájaros que devora con su pico, pero también advierte sobre la figura de la serpiente, ya que en una lámina presenta un águila que devora pájaros y otra que agarra una serpiente.

こんにちは！Atsushiです。
今カタールでは、ワールドカップが開催中ですね！
日本は次がスペイン戦です。
相手はとても強いチームですが、がんばってほしいですね。

この時期、オンラインレッスンでいろんな国の人と話しているので、それぞれの国のいろんな話が聞くことができます。

カタールの人もいますし、ドイツや韓国、アメリカ、オーストラリアなどなど、本当にいろんな国の人がいます。

カタールのワールドカップに関する、いろんなニュースがありますが、一つの側面からしかとらえていないようなこともありますね。

ニュースだけに影響されるのではなく、自分の目で見て、耳で聞いて、世界を知りたいなと思います。


さてさて、話は全然変わりますが、昨日の夜、奥さんと餃子を作りました。僕の家では、時々餃子を作ります。
餃子の皮はさすがに買いますが、中に入れる具は自分たちで作ります。

僕の家の餃子は簡単な餃子です。
ミンチ
キャベツ
玉ねぎ
しいたけ
を入れて、
調味料は
醤油
ごま油
しょうが
にんにく
塩、こしょう

これらを混ぜます。
それから、この具を皮に包みます。

そして、僕の家ではホットプレートを使って焼きます。

コロナ禍の後、ほとんど自宅でご飯を食べるようになりました。みなさんもそうだと思います。

家で作ることや食べることが楽しくなり、今は家で食べる方が好きです。日本では家で作った方が安くすみます。

家で2人でご飯を作る時は、
お好み焼き
もつ鍋
たこ焼き
ピザ
他にもあるものだけでいろいろ作ったりします。

日本食で人気の寿司とか、ラーメンは家では作りません。
外で食べます。
焼肉は家でも外でも食べます。


ということで、今回は家で餃子を作りました！という話でした。
