‘Ammâr: mâ shâ Allah! (OMG) man hadzâ? / Who is this?
‘Ali: hadza wâlid-î ‘Adnân, huwa muhandis / This my father, ‘Adnân, he is an engineer.
‘Ammâr: wa man hadzihi? / And who is this?
‘Ali: hadzihi wâlida-tî Sa‘îda, hiya tabîba / This is my mother, Sa‘îda, she is a doctor
‘Ammâr: wa man hadzâ? / And who is this?
‘Ali: hadzâ aj-î ‘Îsâ, huwa tâlib / This is my brother ‘Îsà, he is a student
‘Ammâr: wa man hadizhi? / and who is this?
‘Ali: hadzihi ujt-î ‘Abla, hiya mu‘allima / mudarrisa; wa hadzâ ŷadd-î, wa hadzihi ŷadda-tî / this is my sister, ‘Abla, she is a teacher; and this is my grandfather and this my grandmother.
