الرَّجلُ لا يبكي، جملةٌ كثيرًا ما يوجِّـهُـهَا الأبُ والأمُّ لأطفالِهمُ الذُّكورَ حـيـنَ يواجِهونَ مشكلةً بسيطةً في حياتِهمُ اليوميَّة. الرجلُ القويُّ، لا يعبُّرُ عن مشاعرهِ ولا يبكِي، أما العاطفةُ فهي للنِساءِ، فهنَّ الأكثرُ حَساسِيةً و«دَمْعَتُهُنَّ قَرِيبةٌ» جدًا. الحقيقةُ أنَّ الرجلَ أيضاً كائـنٌ عاطفيٌّ بِامْتِياز، وأنَّ مَشاعرَهُ موجودةٌ وقويةٌ وحاضِرَة، لكنَّ المُجْتَمعَ يَـحـولُ دُونَ التعبيرِ عنها. الرجلُ عاطفيٌ، ولابدَّ أنْ يُـعَـبِّـرَ عن مشاعرهِ وإنْ لم يفعلْ؛ سيُؤَثِـرُ ذلكَ عليهِ بشكلٍ سلبيٍّ.   

صَحِيفَةُ «لُوفِيجَارُو» الفَرَنسِيَّة ناقشتْ الموضوعَ وتكلَّمتْ فيه مُطوََلاً وأشارتْ إلى أنَّ كثيرًا من الآباءِ اليومَ يمارسونَ الأدوارَ التي قامت بها الأمّهاتُ في السابقِ، من الاعـتِـنَـاءِ بالأطفالِ واللعبِ معهم وتغييرِ ملابسهمْ وإطعامِهم. إذ لا فروقَ جوهريةَ بينَ الرَّجلِ والمرأةِ ولكنَّ الرجالَ يـتحـفَّظونَ عن إعلانِ مشاعرِهم. ليسَ صحيحًا أنَّ الرجالَ يبكونُ فقط في ملاعبِ الكرةِ حينَ ينتَصِرونَ أو يُـخْـفِـقُونَ، لكنَّ المشاعرَ حاضرةٌ في كلِّ مـجالاتِ الحياة اليوميةِ، المشاعرُ لا مفرَّ منها.

AHUAUTLE 1
Se piensa que el ahuautle es de huevos de mosco, sin embargo, se trata del huevo del axayácatl, un tipo de chinche de agua. Su nombre proviene de los vocablos en náhuatl “atl” (agua) y “huautli” (semilla de la alegría o amaranto), por lo cual, significa “amaranto de agua”. Basta con ver estos huevecillos para entender que el parecido con los granos de amaranto es inmenso. Aunque sin duda, el parecido con el amaranto solo es superficial pues el ahuautle posee un olor penetrante y un sabor único, que difícilmente se puede olvidar.
Muchas personas han comparado su sabor con el del camarón, sin embargo después de haberlos probado podemos decir que el sabor de estos huevecillos es fuerte e incomparable y solo podrá entenderlo quien lo haya degustado.
Según Gilberto Contreras Rivero, profesor del área de Ecología en la Facultad de Estudios Profesionales Iztacala, el ahuautle es el caviar mexicano por excelencia. Cabe señalar que hay quienes le otorgan este título a los escamoles, que pertenecen, junto con los huevos de mosco, a la orden de insectos Hymenoptera.
El consumo del ahuautle comenzó durante la época prehispánica. Se dice que era presentado en la mesa de los emperadores -Moctezuma, por ejemplo-, quienes se deleitaban comiéndolos recién sacados del lago a la hora del desayuno. Y es que tanta era la preferencia por este platillo que incluso cada 52 años -duración del siglo mexica-, este caviar se utilizaba en las ceremonias dedicadas al dios del fuego: Xiuhtecuhtli. Durante estos rituales, después de que seres humanos eran sacrificados, se encendía fuego sobre su pecho vacío -pues previamente se había extraído el corazón- y se rociaban huevecillos de axayácatl sobre el cadáver que iba vestido como Xiuhtecuhtli.
Dato curioso: El culto al axayácatl fue de tal magnitud que así se le nombró al sucesor del emperador Moctezuma I y padre de Moctezuma II.
