I am sick of sitting in front of my computer all day long working, because a sedentary lifestyle can cause many physical and mental health issues. Therefore, today I figured out a way in which I could work on my laptop but didnât have to sit at the desk. I put a folding laptop bed table on my desk, and then placed my computer on the little bed table, so that I could literally stand in front of my computer and work at the same time. I even did some exercise moves when I was reading or watching videos on my computer and didnât need to type, like lifting dumbbells and squats. By standing not sitting, I felt more comfortable after a long day.
