How many days do you study in Duolingo? Or How many days do you learn in Duolingo? I mean how long she uses Duolingo without interrupting? We don’t force you to come to us . Please correct.

Perhaps, "How many (uninterrupted) days have you studied on Duolingo?" I'm not sure what you meant by the last line, but "We don't force you to come to us" is correct grammatically and otherwise.
