I think it's important to understand that it's impossible to be constantly
motivated to do things. There are some moments when you feel depressed, anxious,
frustrated and not willing to continue pursuing your goals at all. You'll seek
motivation, but, apparently, it won't seem to be there*. The reason is that it is
perfectly fine to feel a bit under the weather and empty inside. We're all human
beings, so even the richest people in the world can be unhappy. All you have to do is not search for more motivation, but
instead for the reasons why you should keep moving forward**, those reasons that were lost. Sometimes
it's alright to move towards your dreams and not feel anything special, as if
achieving these wasnât the purpose of your life. Most of the time, coveted
goals require stepping out of your comfort zone, therefore, it is mentally
impossible to constantly feel happy and be filled with joy and pleasure. You'll
experience ups and downs, but when you are at your lowest points and feel like giving up
hope, remember why you decided to pursue your goals in the first place.
Think of the consequences of giving up and compare them with the ones of moving
forward. I think it's kind of a life motto for me, but written in a very
elaborate way. So, whenever I feel unhappy, I just cut my brain some slack and
then continue working. The reason is that I know that my efforts are going to
pay off, and my motivation will come along during the process of work!đđŹđ§
