When I woke up this morning, my throat suddenly became very sore. I did not have a fever at first, but after a while, I started to have a headache and feel tired. Then I checked my temperature again and had a slight fever. I was supposed to work today, but I had a fever, a sore throat, and a bad cough, so I had to take the day off. I wanted to go to the hospital today, but I thought I should wait and see how I feel tomorrow. If I still have a fever tomorrow morning, I will go to the hospital as soon as possible. A few days ago, I went drinking with my friends, and I think one of them already had a cold. Some other people who went to the same drinking party also got sick. Because of this, I think I might have the flu. If I have the flu, I can take about a week off from school, so I want to rest and take care of myself. I don’t have much appetite, and I feel a little sick when I drink water. I haven’t been able to eat much, so I hope I can eat normally tomorrow.
