Hello! I have a problem. May 9 my brother gave me a gift certificate for 500 euros. Now I want to enter the certificate code, but I can't What should I Do?
When I press REDEEM it says THE CODE YOU ENTERED IS NOT VALID
But Expiration date 09.04.2025

Take a screenshot when it says the code is not valid. Send the screenshot to your brother. He can then take up the dispute with whoever he got the certificate from.
