16/60 How can we avoid mental disorders Over the last decades, mental disorders were increasing on an unbelievable trend, and science doesn't help so much with physiological disorders. In this essay, ill try to include some ways to avoid mental disorder arising from the beginning, as they say, prevention is better than cure. One of the practical ways to stay on a healthy mentality is by sticking to a decent routine and keep yourself busy, this way will not give you even the time to get infected by any mental disorders. Another principle, I think the most effective way to keep a high productive mentality is by believing in fate due that nothing can affect your mental health, for instance, no stress of upcoming results any kind of tests, no depressing of any circumstances because you have faith on the fate. In a nutshell, mental disorders are a kind of disease and it's normal to experience them in your life but the point is curing them is more way tough than avoiding them, so I advise you to protect yourself don't neglect your health.

In this essay, I`ll try to include some ways to avoid mental disorders arising at the very first stage/ at the very beginning/ in the first place . (I would prefer the latter because of your next sentence). As they say, prevention is better than cure. One of the practical ways to maintain mental health is sticking to a decent routine and keep yourself busy. This approach/strategy will not even give you the time to get infected by any mental disorders. As an another principle, I think the most effective way to keep a high productive mindset is believing in fate and that nothing can affect your mental health. For instance, no stress for the upcoming results of any kinds of tests and no getting depressed over the circumstances because you have faith in fate. In a nutshell, mental disorders are normal to experience in your life but the point is that curing them is way tougher/far tougher than avoiding them so I advise you to protect yourself and don`t neglect your health.
