In Question 12, I think A or B but there is only one correct answer. Please help me.

B isn't correct. 'A little' is used to quantify uncountable nouns. 'Items' is countable. For this reason, 'several' is the correct answer. 'Many' can also be used with countable nouns, but it isn't usually used in positive sentences.
