I recently ate "buñuelos". They are a dessert in my country. They are made of corn dough mixed with cheese or curd and some people usually add yucca. Afterwards, we make balls with the previous preparation and fry it.
Finally we bathe them with homemade honey to eat it. It is very delicious. If you want, you can eat it with a cup a coffee.

This is a good explanation Cesar, just remember not to switch between singular and plural. I love buñuelos. They sold them in a lot of bakeries in Colombia so I used to eat them all the time when I lived there!
