https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amabie I looked it up! That is really itneresting. In general, if there is a new word, I think you can use quotation marks for the first time. I don't think you need to continually use them through the writing. Quotation marks are also used for exact quotes. (Are those the exact words that Amabie said?) Otherwise you are paraphrasing, and you don't need to use quotes. Also, I changed a "copy" to a picture. This is really interesting and thanks for sharing!
