I’m just learning Russian from 0 since last month and still surprise that some friends said “Your Russian pronunciation is good! How did you do that?” 😍
Russian is quite phonetically consistent, “You pronounce what you see”. I speak Indonesian too. We roll our hard R too.
I think it goes vice versa. If a Russian speaker wants to learn a new language, Indonesian will be good for “easier” choice.
