They are both adverbs. Especially focuses on 'special' as the feeling, whereas particularly focuses on 'particular', more like specific. If you can provide some sentences I can help you more 🙂 Tutor Zowee

One refers to a particularity. Whereas specially is more used to intensify and reinforce something.
You can be particularly special and have a special particularly! 🙂
