Using lovely is British English?

I use it with sarcasm, like… My car broke down, lovely !or now i need to clean the house, lovely

Yes, lovely is used in America. I use to describe my day or nice compliment to a woman.

Some people in the US say it, but I think it's more commonly used in UK English. It definitely exists in US English.
Examples you might hear in the US:
"What a lovely day!"
"That dress looks lovely on you."
Child: "Look mom! I found some worms in the dirt!"
Mom: "Lovely..." (sacrcastically)
