Before I went to bed I enjoy reading a good book. I've learned we get a delightful night sleeping after a pleasant book. It is important to say the reading cannot be technical or about completed issues. It must be a logical story that can transport you away from your personal matters. I adquire the habit to maintain a bottle of water on my night table, hydration is the key. I also concentrate my mental energy on positive things and practice the gratitude before close my eyes.
