瞓覺一個鐘頭之前，我會熄咗部手機同電腦。我會沖涼，吹頭，洗面，刷牙然後睇書。睇完書之後我會聽啲輕音樂幫我放鬆吓。我覺得瞓覺對身體好緊要，所以我至少會瞓七個鍾（但係我嘅目標係瞓九個鍾）。我平時會早啲瞓覺，早啲起身。

Reading books will help me sleep better. Many types of book are helpful except those corresponding to my daily work. I won’t eat any food before sleeping. Soaking feet may also promote sleep but I like take a hot bath more. Yeah I think having a fixed bedtime routine is good. Having a good sleep is essential for working at the next day.
