I recently tasted one of the rarest delicacies in the world. I don't know if you are aware of the wide variety of bee species we have in the world, since we are used to consume the honey from an european specie. In the Americas, specifically in the tropical areas, from Mexico to north Argentina, there's a bee genus called Melipona that consists of numerous species of stingless bees. Yes! The native bees from Americas are stingless (different from european and african species). Between those stingless bees species, I'd like to detach one called Jataí (Tetragonisca angustula fiebrigi), which occupies different areas in South America, and is present here, in Brazil, where I live. This tiny bee called Jataí produce a fine honey, always in small quantities, which people regards like a natural medicine. Although this kind of honey is very rare and difficult to be found, I recently had the opportunity to taste it. It's a thin and maybe watery honey (mainly if compaired with the honey produced by common bees), but its flavor is unique, due to its composition of water and sugars.

I recently tasted one of the rarest delicacies in the world. I don't know if you are aware of the wide variety of bee species we have in the world, since we are used to consuming (It appears that the verb "consume" is in the wrong form after "be/get used to." Consider changing it to the ground form). the honey from a European ( The article "an" may be incorrect. Consider changing it to agree with the beginning sound of the following word "European"). specie. In the Americas, specifically in the tropical areas, from Mexico to northern ( The word "North" doesn't seem to fit this context). Argentina, there's a bee genus called Melipona that consists of numerous species of stingless bees. Yes! The native bees from ( It seems that there is an article usage problem here) the Americas are stingless (different from European and African species). Between those stingless bees species, I'd like to detach one called Jataí (Tetragonisca angustula fiebrigi), which occupies different areas in South America, and is present here, in Brazil where I live. This tiny bee called Jataí produces (The plural verb "produce" does not appear to agree with the singular subject Jataí) fine honey, always in small quantities, which people regard (The verb "regards does not seem to agree with the subject. Consider changing the verb form) like a natural medicine. Although this kind of honey is very rare and difficult to be found, I recently had the opportunity to taste it. It's thin and maybe watery honey (mainly if compared with the honey produced by common bees), but its flavor is unique, due to its composition of water and sugars.

I recently tasted one of the rarest delicacies in the world. Although we are used to consuming honey from an european species, we have a wide variety of bee species in the world. There are many species of stingless bees in the Americas, specifically in the tropical regions, from Mexico to Argentina. These bees belong to a genus called Melipona. The native bees of America are stingless (as opposed to their counterparts in Europe and Africa). Among those stingless bee species, I would like to mention one called Jataí (Tetragonisca angustula fiebrigi), which inhabits different areas of SouthAmerica, and is indigenous to Brazil, where I live. This tiny bee produces a fine honey, always in small amounts, that people regard as a natural medicine. Although this type of honey is very rare and difficult to obtain, I recently had the chance to taste it. It's thin and watery (mainly compared to honey made by bees), but it has a unique flavor because the honey contains a mix of water and sugars. (Sorry I did a little editing😉)
It seems like your writing is quite decent, but you need to structure it a little better. Group your ideas carefully to make it easier to read. And always write in plain English. Make your sentences short and concise so they're easier to read. It's also less likely you'll make a mistake.
