Writing Exercise 386 – ADJUSTING MY BIOLOGICAL CLOCK
Having been waking up late for over a week and skipping breakfast from time to time, I realized that I had to change my lifestyle and readjust/bring (readjust makes sense, but makes it sound like you are trying something new) my biological clock back to normal. Last night, I said to myself "I need to go to bed earlier and get up earlier than previous days". This morning, I woke up around 8 o’clock, but I did not leave my bed until 8:30. In spite of all this, I think I did as I had planned, because I got up at least two or three hours earlier than I did in the past week. It was a good start. Tonight, I have set my bedtime at around 11 pm and I hope I can get up around 8 am tomorrow morning. Before heading to bed, I would like to write something and I hope this post will have been corrected by the time I wake up.
