A good teacher can recognise the right way for a certain student, depending on personally suitable learning methods. So, first of all, a good teacher must be open to trying new methods of his or her teaching approach and he or she should also have a good understanding of the student's struggle. It might be useful to have some knowledge from the psychology of learning, like different ways of memorising, different ways of remembering things, and different ways of the learning process. All this is very individual according to a specific type of learner. A good teacher should consider all this together and help the student to develop the student's skills. A good teacher never judges. A good teacher keeps the student motivated. If there is a problem, he or she tries to find a suitable solution through open communication.
