Oct 3, 2021. I have been exercising every day in a row for a week, and it is starting to take effect. My physical strength and condition has augmented. Today I did physical training in the gym for one hour, and then I went running on the track for 5000 meters. In the end, I did not feel strained, instead, I felt great. So I am guessing that I am building up more muscles and gaining more strength. I also have lost a little bit of weight.
