I had to use Google Image Search. It's a "coador do café" = "coffee strainer" or "coffee filter." We don't use this kind in the United States. I've never seen it before. We use paper coffee filters that fit in plastic filter baskets, usually within a coffee machine. Or, we use thin metal mesh strainers. But they don't look like that.
My first thought was that it was a backyard basketball net! But of course a basketball net is open at the bottom.

It seems like a trash basket. I thought it's a one-off basket for fabric/paper. Will know what's this (sorry for my english)

I’ve never seen one of these before. If it’s for coffee then it would either be a coffee filter or a coffee strainer.
