I went to the Italian restaurant where I work with my friend. Then, we ate acai ice cream from my friend’s part-time job. Both of them were very delicious‼︎ I was very full, so I couldn’t eat dinner😅

It's a bit unclear if you went with your friend to the restaurant where you work or you went to the restaurant where you and your friend work. I think you mean the former (first variant), but I can't say for sure. If you mean you and your friend both work there, you would put, "I went to the Italian restaurant where my friend and I work." I would also consider changing the third sentence to "Both were really delicious."
