At night, the first thing I do is take care of my hair. I prioritize my hair
because it takes a lot of time and energy. Sometimes, I prepare some tea and I lay on
my bed to prepare for the following day. I start by choosing the clothes I would wear, and the
tasks that I have to do, such as: * going to the bank * preparing my gym bag * working in
my garden, etc * doing some meal prep * seeing my family. After that, I check my
plans for work (because of some possible modifications) and I watch some YouTube
videos on motivation, attractions laws, or faith to help me sleep.
