I ate another meal of delicious grilled meat today. However, I have noticed that the condition of my skin is getting worse. I got little dots all over my skin that I have never got before. I think it is because of the grilled meat I ate. It is way too unhealthy for me even though it is probably loads better than the stuff they sell in restaurants. I plan on not eating it again until my skin return to its normal smoothness.

I ate another meal of delicious grilled meat today. However, afterward, I noticed that my skin condition got worse. I now have little bumps all over my face -- something I've never experienced before. I think the grilled meat is unhealthy for me even though it is probably much better than the stuff they sell in restaurants. I plan on not eating any again until my skin returns to its normal smoothness.
"loads" is a little too informal to put in writing
