Have you ever heard of “Seiza “? 🤔Seiza is Japanese way of sitting. 🇯🇵First of all kneel down onto the floor. 🧎♂️Make sure the big toes are crossing. Lower your buttocks onto the heels. Straighten your back so that it is directly above the heels. This is Seiza. 🧎♀️Depending on the situation, we sometimes keep it for about 30 minutes. After that our legs are numb. Hahaha😫
