When it comes to my bedtime routine, the first thing that comes to mind is your skin care routine so the thing that I do before going to bed is washing my face with SVR cleanser which is I consider the best cleanser that matches my skin type then apply rose water to avoid bacteria and finally, my moisturizer in a wet skin so it absorb the maximum of moisture and of course brushing my teeth is an essential part of my skin care routine.after that, I comb my hair and cover it with a scarf then, make my bed and change my pillow case to feel cozy “snug as a bug in a rug” and feel better after a long day full of stress and efforts. Sometimes, I drink a hot milk with honey to feel more relaxed and read some Quran that’s make me a lot faithful!
