I've learnt about Kaizen (a Japanese word that means "continuous improvement") recently (I listened AJ's podcast), it is a concept of constantly and never ending tiny improvements every day.
John Danaher (a very famous sport couch) said, that it means we have to create a habit to think: to think every day about our path and chose one thing that we learnt this day, and think how it will influence for tomorrow.
It is a good habit and we can use it in language learning.
I ask myself: "What did I learnt today?" The vast majority of my days the answer is "nothing". And it means that I have to change my daily roughing. I've started to think "how to maximize my effort and learn English more efficient?" Finally, I decided to spend at least 3 hours every day: I listening, reading, and very slowly I hope to improve my English day by day
