I always wake up at 6 am, and the first thing I do is making a coffee by coffee machine, and then I started to do some stretch exercises until the coffee is ready. I will grab my coffee and go downstairs to my attic and then turn on my computer, find a YouTube video to study English. This is my ritual and I believe it’s good for me to training my brain even though it has not fully wake up.😂
I really enjoy the moment because I felt like the whole world is still sleeping and no phone call, no one will disturb me in the morning.
After that, I dressed up and prepared for work, that’s mean my day officially start and I have a lot of things need to handle and negotiate. It’s quite challenging to have so many conversations with all my suppliers because the industry I worked is just like that.
