Firstable, I have to say that sugar is considered a drug but Why shouldn't we eat it?
Well, I think that I am going to explain two things before that we could get a answer.
The first thing is relationated with a healthy diet. We have to do a balance diet. It doesn't mean that you have to suffer eating only healthy food. I think if you get a good balance between your calories at day, you can eat sugar but it doesn't mean that you have to abuse.
The second thing is relationated with sports. You should find a sport that you like doing it because if you practise a sport but you don't like it, finally you will quit it( we can see the tipical example in the real life: Imagine that someone sign up in the gym but it is not his sport, probably in a couple of weeks, he will finish to quit the gym).
Despite sugar is dangerous for the health, I think that if you get a good balance between the quantity of sugar in your diet, probably sugar could be healthy even.
In conclusion, I think is not neccesary that you have to suffer with your diet like a professional athlete but you should eat healthy and sometimes you can eat sugar but also you need to practise any sport where you are comfortable.

Firstly, I have to say that sugar is considered as a drug but why shouldn't we eat it?
Well, I think that I am going to explain two things before we could get a answer.
The first thing is associated with a healthy diet. We need to have a balanced diet. It doesn't mean that you have to suffer from eating only healthy
food. I think if you get well-balanced nutrition every day, you can eat sugar but it doesn't mean that you have it without limits.
The second thing is close to sports. You should find a sport you like because if you practice something you don't like, finally you will quit (We can see the typical example in real life: Imagine that someone joined a gym membership but he is not fond of the sport, probably in a couple of weeks, he would drop out).
Despite sugar is dangerous for the health, I think that if you get a good balance of sugar intake in your diet, probably enough sugar can even keep you healthy. In conclusion, I think it is not neccesary for you to endure a diet like a professional athlete. You should eat healthy and sometimes you can eat moderate sugar but you need to stick with your favorite sport.

Firstly, I have to say that sugar is considered a drug, but why shouldn't we
eat it? Well, I am going to explain two things before we can get the answer. The first thing is related to a healthy diet. We have to have
a balanced diet. It doesn't mean that you have to suffer by eating only healthy
food. I think if you get a good balance of your daily calories, you can
eat sugar, but it doesn't mean that you have to abuse this. The second thing is
related to sports. You should find a sport that you like doing because
if you practise a sport that you don't like, eventually you will quit it( we can
see the typical example in real life: Imagine that someone signs up to the
gym but it is not his preferred sport, probably in a couple of weeks, he will
quit the gym). Despite sugar being dangerous for the health, I think that if you
get a good balance of the quantity of sugar in your diet, sugar
could probably be healthy even. In conclusion, I think it is not necessary that you have to
suffer with your diet like a professional athlete but you should eat healthy and
sometimes you can eat sugar but you also need to practise any sport that you
are comfortable with.
Good job Miguel! I agree with you, a little bit of sugar won’t hurt. :)
