These are correct. They mean “me vendes este auto” and “me vendes esta bolsa”.
B) You buy this car to me.
This is not correct.
What is the Spanish equivalent you are trying to say?
You sell this bag to me.
This is correct. It means something like “me vendes esta a bolsa a mí” , stressing the fact that you are selling it to me and not someone else.
