Hi, hope you’re doing well. Got a question. What does it mean by “3” in the sentence “let’s meet tomorrow - I can manage 3”? Thanks in advance.

*I have a question (more polite than ‘got’)
** 3 is the time: 3:00pm or am

Without any additional context, it’s another way of saying, “I can make 3 pm work for a meeting.” I would use both “manage” and “can make it work” in this context if I’m really busy. There’s implication that the meeting is being squeezed in, but it’s not a negative tone.
