"He is a most talented boy." "Talent" is a noun. You need to add the -ED to make it an adjective.

"Most" is a superlative adverb/a part of superlative adjectives. Some superlative adjectives are: 'happiest', 'tallest', 'smallest', etc. While using superlative forms, you should put 'the' in front of them. Thus, the correct term is 'the most' not 'a most'. Additionally, the word 'talent' is a noun itself. However, you used it as an adjective here 'cause the word describes how the 'boy' (noun) is. The adjective form of 'talent' is 'talented'. So the correct term is 'talented boy', not 'talent boy'. Therefore, the whole sentence should be: 'He is the most talented boy.'
