My day begins at 8.30 am , I start the day with a cup of coffee , I usually make it in a french press . After the coffee I brush my teeth and do some stretching. I preparer my breakfast , most of the time is fruit, eggs and yogurt. I also check my cellphone , email , what’s etc at this time . By 10.00 I start working . Much of my daily life is a routine based .
