Is it correct and does it sound natural? You have to pray right now, because time is going and you are gonna miss your prayers

I almost would leave out the middle “bit” entirely as even though it’s grammatically correct it feels a bit awkward. Instead I would say “if you don’t pray now you are going to miss your prayers
