All the above. However “What’s good?” Is typically very, very coloquial and should be used only with close friends or family. “What’s new?” Is typically a safe bet but is also usually used when you haven’t seen someone for quite a while. “How are you? or How are you doing?” Is the most common and is used in both informal and formal situations.
