Do you agree? Learning something new is not a real goal in language learning.

I am an intermediate English learner. I am always stuck in my language learning process. What makes me to achieve a higher level? Do I need to learn something new everyday?

Based me experiences,  I suggest not to try to learn something new everyday, but to make things that you already knew perfect.  For example, instead of learning new vocabulary everyday, I prefer to be familiar with some grammar issues.

I prefer revising and mastering what I've learnt to trying to learning as many new things as possible. It's just totally waste of time knowing the theory but not being able to use it.
