What does it mean “User doesn’t exist” on Italki?
<em>Has this ever happened to you? </em>
An Italki user sends you a message on Italki chat and then, when you want to reply, you find out that “User doesn’t exist” and so you can’t.

What should I think about it? Are they fake profiles or what?
