What @Ian said ... I typically have around 8 - 10 people/week hitting me up for an exchange, and I'm not even looking.

It is so difficult to fined a partner, that depends on the the partner. as no one has really that passion to help people. just do not let that break you down. I've been facing that problem but I did not give up. that give me a push to depend on myself and learn more, keep learning my friend and keep moving.

LOl it is really difficult but hang in there. I speakTagalog and English. I am learning Spanish and Japanese. I can speak conversational Japanese. I actually have a lot of tutors for my Japanese lessons. It helps though to have an everyday conversation partner.

But I am looking for a language partner too.. .But for now i pay ~ Hahahah

I dedicate 2-14 hours a day of my time besides school and work just to learn Japanese. It's a lot of perseverance and determination. And im planning to learn spanish as well....

Very simple, my friend: Most people are not reliable because it doesn't cost them a thing but commitment.
