Answer to Bless you
What do U usually reply when somebody says U Bless U!
I know that it`s correct to reply excuse me.
But is it possible to say thank U as we say in Russian?
And the answer to exuse me in this situation is You are welcome or even Sure if it`s an informal situation.

saying 'excuse me' as a response of 'bless you' seems weird....usually if you sneeze you say excuse me coz of sneezing, and people would say 'bless you' to be nice. and usually as a response to 'bless you' we say 'thank you'...
it's just the way it is in english-speaking countries, dunno about other place.
