Brad means that this sort of graph is called a "bar graph" or a "bar chart". Your question is not clear. Not sure if you are asking what is the name of this kind of chart or that you are asking for the interpretation of this graph's data. If it is the later, it just shows that the more affluent the city is, the higher the divorce rate.
