I hate English grammar very very much.
Do you know that many times I'm confused by English grammar? When I have to translate a complex sentence into English, I really don't know whether I'm correct or not. [You could also have said (...I really don't know whether or not I'm correct.) So I always feel distressed.
I hate reciting English words. It's pretty boring as it is. (It's pretty boring as is.) I choose talking with my foreign friends to practise it. (I choose to talk to/with my foreign friends to practise it.)However it seems that my efforts are (it is) in vain. I find that I usually use the same sentence(s) when chatting with my friends. Perhaps the reason is that I have not (don't have) enough words in the (my) brain to make a new sentence.
