Ve tabiki öğrenciler için bu süper bir haberdir. Tatil günlerini, dışarıda sabahtan akşama kadar kar topu oynayarak ve kayarak geçirirler. Are the schools prorogued in your country when it snowed lots of ? In Turkey winter months, especially in January and February ,many schools and businesses are prorogued to obligate so it snows so much. Snowing makes topsyturvy the traffic. Many people can't arrive on time places where they want to go.To avoid this problem students, the schools are finished until the snow subsides.And of course it is very fantastisc news for students.They spend playing snowball and skiing the outside their holidays.

Are the schools closed/delayed in your country when it snows a lot?
In Turkey's winter months, especially in January and February, many schools and businesses must close because it snows so much. Snowing makes the traffic crazy. Many people can't arrive on time places where they want to go.To avoid this problem for students, the schools are finished until the snow subsides. Of course this is fantastisc news for students. On their snow days, they play with snow balls and ski from morning to evening.

If you write this way, it is better. *Kar tatilleri için her okul özel bir bütçeye sahiptir or Kar tatilleri için her okulun özel bir bütçesi vardır. But we don't use ' bütçe' for this sentence. Bütçe we say about money. we can say 'kota' instead bütçe. *Mesela bir (her) okul bir senede 10 gün tatil edilebilir. ( we say passive voise) *Eğer 10 günden fazla tatil yapılırsa, senin sonunda o tatil günleri ilave edilir. (Passive voice) * Ama diğer taraftan, eğer o yıl kar yağmasa bile okullar tatil kotasını kullanmak için gereksiz tatiller yapıyorlar. ( I have remaked some) :)

Ben Amerika'nin Ohio'ndan geldim ve okullarımiz kardan dolayi çok kapanıyor. Kar tatilleri için her okul özel bir bütçe var. Mesela, bir okul bir senede 10 gün tatil edebilir. Eğer 10'den daha çok tatiller varsa, senenin sonunda o tatil günleri ilave ediyor. Ama başka tarafta, eğer o kadar kar yağmıyorsa, okullar bütün bütçe kullanmak istiyor ve biraz haksız tatiller veriyor. I am from Ohio in America, and our schools close a lot because of the snow. Every school has a special budget for snow days. For example, a school can give 10 snow days in a year. If they use more than 10 days, they add the extra days at the end of the year. On the other hand, if it doesn't snow so much, the school wants to use up all its budget and gives some holidays without a good reason.
