what is the diffrence between
Hajima... ☞ don't do that! (하지마!)
Hajimara ... "-라" makes 하지마 sound softer, 하지마라.
Hajiman but, (하지만)
and hw do we say
"to say" 말하다 (the dictionary form)
"i say" 나는 말한다.
"i said" 나는 말했다.

Actually, "Hajima" and "Hajimara" means that the same. It is an imperative sentence, meaning "Do not sth"; but, "Hajiman" means "however"or"yet".
