Tina's translation is correct if a direct translation is what you're looking for. However, all English-speaking countries have their own specific legal qualifications. For example, American lawyers must pass "the Bar" (I think). In England the situation is more complicated because the legal profession is split in two - solicitors and barristers. Solicitors take different exams to barristers and the exams and qualifications have different names.
To avoid getting into the complications above, a good general translation, which will be universally understandable (at least in the UK) would be "legal professional examinations". This translation is general enough to capture all the many different possible legal examinations lawyers have to take in different English-speaking countries. The translation "National Judicial Examination" would be understood perfectly well in the UK, but wouldn't be the best translation.
