lose my weight I want to lose some weights.I am only 45 kilos before,but now i get 49 kilos!Although its still thin since I am 1.65 meters,I still think its too fat for me! But I so much love desserts,how can i do... I need take some exercise everyday,and be on diet. must! Keep it going!In order to prepare the comingh of summer! yayyyyyyy

Losing weight

I want to lose some weightsBefore, I am was only 45 kilos before,but now I'm get 49 kilos!  Although I'm its still thin since I am 1.65 meters, I still think I'm too heavy! its too fat for me!
But I so much love desserts so much.   What can I do...
I need take to do some exercises everyday, and be on diet.  I must!
I must keep it going! in order to prepare for the comingh of summer!

**I've actually lost 28 kilos over 2 years.  I think the important thing to remember is that you need to lose weight slowly.  Change your diet.  Exercise often.  But seeing as how you only need to lose 4 kilograms, I think you can do it within two months.  =)  You're not fighting your body when you're losing weight.  You're actually fighting your mind.
