refuse letter

Anyone can help me to correct the letter below? I want to refuse it nicely.

Dear Anna,

Thank you for your email, and for thinking of us. (*what exactly do you mean when you say thinking?)

Unfortunately, (Other expressions you can use: I am afraid/ I am sorry to inform you that) we cannot (or we will not be able to) host the TV crew.

We will also have an Eductour from China coming in next week.

Hopefully, we will have the chance to host your Eductour next time.

Best Regards,

Amy

I feel your 'Unfortunately ...' sentence is perfectly correct and needs no change, except to add 'because we' after the comma

'considering us' is better than 'thinking of us'.
