The deepest lake in the world
In the south of the East Siberia there is the deepest lake in the world called the Baikal lake. Residents call the Baikal Lake The Baikal sea. it's 1642 meter-deep lake and has the square of Belgium or Netherlands. 336 rivers and creeks flow to the lake.The volume of water is many times more than in the 5 Great Lakes in the USA.Water in the lake is glass-clean so you can see rocks at the deep of 40 meters. The lake is surrounded by woods and forest hills. Calmness and silence are overwhelming here, and the sightseeings are marvelous.If you want to rest of the fussy noisy stress life of a big city and feel harmony and calmness of the nature welcome to the Irkutsk region.

Per wikipedia, Lake Baikal is the most voluminous freshwater lake in the world, containing roughly 20% of the world's unfrozen surface fresh water.
That is 1/5th of whole world. Wow!!!
